 7  Central Park with the Hayden Planetarium, and Metropolitan Museum of Art

How to get there: the park covers quite a large area in Manhattan, so pay attention to the map and select which of the subway stations you prefer to walk from.
Tip: visiting any of the cities of the world, tourists not only want to see the major sights, but also to feel the spirit of the city, how life is in it.  8  High Line Park

How to get there: southern entrance to the park is located close to the station 14 St – 8 Av, lines:  A   C   E   L . As for the northern entrance, it is a 10 minute walk from 34 St – Penn Station, lines:  A   C   E , the road is well signposted.
Description: this is a very unusual park, located on the site of the old railway line at a height of about 10-15 meters above ground level. Its length - 1.6 km, the first part was opened in 2009. Some buildings prevented construction overpass, so they made tunnels to operate the traffic. What seemed like madness, preserve the line and allowed the creation of a park that finally turned out very beautiful. Feedback from tourists, the High Line is the second best park in New York City.
Tip: one of the most frequent comments about the park, “I thought to run through the High Line for half an hour and stayed for half a day."
Romantic place: no and yes. The park has plenty of benches with beautiful views, a cafe with sun loungers where you can eat and sunbathe.
Opening hours: the park is open from 7.00 to 19.00 every day of the year. Closer to the summer, closing time increases gradually to 23.00. There are no specific schedules for the closing times.

 9  Bronx Zoo and Botanical Garden

How to get there: West Farms Sq, lines:  2   5 .
Tip: the zoo is located far from the city center, so visiting the zoo along with the botanical garden should be done all in one day. If you have limited time - you can visit a small zoo located in Central Park during a tour through the city center.
Description: the Bronx zoo is one of the most interesting zoos in the world. Tickets cost $17, but the zoo presents a large number of interesting attractions for which you will have to pay for separately. Therefore, if you are visiting in the summer - we advise you just to buy a full ticket for $30, so that you can access all the separate attractions. Opening hours: the Bronx Zoo is open from 10.00 to 17.00 (until 17.30 on the weekends, open from mid-March to early November). Botanical Garden: open 10.00-18.00 (closed on Mondays, May 1, Thanksgiving Day, December 25, January 1).

 10  Flushing Meadows Park and directions to it

How to get there: Mets - Willets Point, line:  7 .
Tip: during a trip on the seventh subway line - be sure to look through the window. This route is often called the “International Express". You will ride through various ethnic areas of the city, this is quite an interesting ride.
Description: there is a very large park in Queens. In that park, there are a large number of attractions such as the Queens Zoo, Queens Museum of Art, Botanical Garden, Baseball Stadium "Citi Field", Arthur Ashe Tennis Stadium (the largest in the world), a theatre and a golf course. This is a very nice place for people to take an insane amount of new photos.
